Are you passionate about Accounting, Tax, or Law? Then this is your chance to shine! The EY Young Tax Professional of the Year (YTPY) 2026 offers you the opportunity to gain international exposure, while diving deep into the exciting world of Taxation.
If you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student, or a young professional with up to 6 months of relevant experience, we invite you to take on the challenge and show us your talent.
By participating, you’ll:
- Compete with peers both locally and globally.

The competition journey:
- Phase 1 | Greece’s Competition
Take part in interactive activities and solve a challenging case study. Present your solutions to EY’s Tax Leaders & Talent Team and become the Greek YTPY 2026 winner!
- Phase 2 | Global Virtual Round
The Greek champion will represent the country in the global virtual event in January 2026.
- Phase 3 | Global Finals
The top 10 finalists worldwide will meet at the physical global final in March 2026, where the global Young Tax Professional of the Year 2026 will be announced.
