STUDENT REGULATIONS FOR EXAMS AND ASSESSMENTS

JANUARY 2022

All examinations for the current exam period (January-February 2022) will take place in-person.

All students who plan to attend in-person exams are required to submit the relevant form on the edupass platform (https://edupass.gov.gr), unless they have already submitted their details during the semester. For students who were absent in a previous exam period due to COVID-19, alternate exam dates will be scheduled by Course Convenors.

Students who attend the exam need to provide any of the following:

  • COVID Pass / recognised proof of vaccination
  • Registered COVID-19 sickness Certificate
  • Negative PCR test result (taken within 72h prior to the exam)
  • Negative rapid test result (taken within 48h prior to the exam)

The use of a protective mask is mandatory for all, for the whole of the duration of the exam ((FFP2 ή ΚN95 recommended, double masking).

Students who will not able to take part in the exams due to COVID-19, can sit an exam at an alternate date, after the end of the exam period.

Students who have contracted COVID-19 will not attend in-person exams for the whole of the duration of the required self-isolation, in accordance with the relevant hygiene protocols and guidelines.

Certification of absence will be validated through the students’ registration on the edupass platform.

The vaccination rates in the academic community are high, and demonstrate NKUA’s commitment to social responsibility and continued efforts to slow the spread of the pandemic.
